Addressing Climate Change Risks on Water Resources and Food Security in the Dry Zone of Myanmar
Agroforestry in Myanmar is not new, has been practicing centuries for its multiple benefits, managing trees, agriculture crops and animals are put in a system under the same plot of land. However, little has been studied and largely unknown especially in the case of Dry Zone where farming relies on climate and adverse effects changing climate in visible and frequent. This study will allow us to understand how farmers are practicing agroforestry meeting their basic needs at the same time identify gaps (both knowledge and resources) and find ways to bridging gaps
